Position: Spa Therapist

Reporting to: Spa Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a variety of massage and beauty treatments including therapeutic and deep tissue massage, Guinot, and Dr. Hauschka Facials.
  • Ensure every guest receives service of the very highest standard, providing caring and professional service and a high level of attention to detail
  • Maintaining high standards in treatment rooms in accordance with hygiene requirements and the Como Shambhala experience Optimise spa revenue through product and treatment knowledge and superior customer service
  • Be a proactive team member, supportive of your colleagues, and work together to achieve a memorable guest experience

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, in massage or beauty therapy
  • Minimum of 2 years Experience in the Beauty Industry 
  • Possess a genuine passion for guest service and excellent standards
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to put these to great effect serving guests and maximising revenue
  • Be personable, professional, and engaging with impeccable manners
  • Possess immaculate grooming and presentation
