Front Office Manager

  • Manage, supervise and coordinate the team of receptionists and night team members
  • Establish the schedule of the service teams
  • Manage the accounts receivable and ensure the collection of customers
  • Manage the reservation schedule and optimize the hotel's occupancy
  • Apply the pricing strategy and yield management strategy 
  • Take care of the customers
  • Welcome and present the establishment's services to customers
  • Follow up on requests, emails and manage commercial mail
  • Manage the VIP reception
  • Manage customers' requests and complaints 
  • Supervise and manage group requests
  • Manage the reservation and marketing department
  • Supervise social media platforms and communication
  • Manage and ensure the implementation of departmental procedures
  • Manage relations with travel agencies and reservation centers

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position or equivalent
  • Excellent reception, service and commercial skills
  • Good manager, organized and reliable
  • Excellent presentation
  • Fluent in English
