Responsibilities:
- Manage, supervise and coordinate the team of receptionists and night team members
- Establish the schedule of the service teams
- Manage the accounts receivable and ensure the collection of customers
- Manage the reservation schedule and optimize the hotel's occupancy
- Apply the pricing strategy and yield management strategy
- Take care of the customers
- Welcome and present the establishment's services to customers
- Follow up on requests, emails and manage commercial mail
- Manage the VIP reception
- Manage customers' requests and complaints
- Supervise and manage group requests
- Manage the reservation and marketing department
- Supervise social media platforms and communication
- Manage and ensure the implementation of departmental procedures
- Manage relations with travel agencies and reservation centers
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position or equivalent
- Excellent reception, service and commercial skills
- Good manager, organized and reliable
- Excellent presentation
- Fluent in English
- Motivation, discretion and confidentiality
