This amazing 41-bedroom hotel, which is almost like a private members club, occupies a discreet address tucked away in a quiet residential street in Belgravia away from the fanfare of London’s more obvious hotels. We are coming to the end of the hotel’s uplift programme, and we are very much looking forward to once again doing what we are renowned for – welcoming our beloved guests and delivering a home from home experience.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Reporting into the Reception Manager you will represent the General Manager and the Senior Managers in their absence and have a genuine passion for guest service and maintaining the excellent standards that the hotel prides itself on giving.
  • Providing our guests with exceptional customer service and meeting all there reasonable needs required 
  • To Manage and lead the operation taking confident well thought out decisions 
  • To work Closely with the duty security officer to ensure all incidents are resolved and if necessary record any Incidents that occur. 
  • To be able to provide clear detailed handovers to the Reception /Front Office Manager.

Who you are

  • You will be excellent at establishing rapport and building guest relations
  • You will be extremely well-organised, responsive to business needs and feel comfortable working to deadlines.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You will have strong IT skills and be adept at using social media and high a good knowledge of Opera.
  • To be able to lead and Manage your Team thought the night though the night growing and maintaining motivational levels
  • To train and develop team member in line with the business expectation.
