Position: Boutique Supervisor

Reporting to: COMO The Shop Manager
Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assist in inventory tracking and ensures efficient stock management
- Assist shoppers to find products while delivering excellent customer service
- Responsible for processing cash and card payments
- Responsible for replenishing products and ensuring shelves are well-presented
- Handle customer queries to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Report discrepancies and problems to the manager
- Provide expert advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Balance payments with receipts
- Handle customer refunds
- Responsible for keeping the shop clean and tidy, including sweeping and mopping. cleaning shelves, counters, and tables
- Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved effectively and courteously
- Follow Company and brand guidelines in all tasks
- Responsible for tagging and labeling merchandise on the shop floor to ensure accurate pricing and presentation
- Monitor shop security and watch for potential shoplifters or suspicious activity
- Responsible for receiving and properly storing large quantities of stock to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Meet the store's monthly targets
- Go the extra mile to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Cross sell products
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals
- Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure adequate floor coverage
Key Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Opera (version 5), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and POS systems
- Knowledge of inventory and daily retail operations
- Creative and proactive in driving sales growth and improving overall store performance
- Basic accounting and mathematical skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy stock
- Good vision and active listening skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Capable of standing for extended periods and working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
- Experience with inventory systems and POS operations
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and retail operations
- Able to communicate clearly in English; additional language skills are a plus
