Job Summary

Provide assistance to the housekeeping team in ensuring pick-ups and delivery of guest requests are attended to.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Stocks Linen Storage Rooms with supplies and amenities. Empties garbage and dirty linen from guest residences and takes them down to the laundry.
• Pick up and deliver guest request items on a timely basis from housekeeping or pantry and call them in as complete once they have been delivered.
• Assists Housekeepers as required. Helps move beds and furniture, turns mattresses, removes, or hangs sheers and drapes.
• Adheres to the established standard of safety, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
• Pick up work assignments from the Housekeeping Department, and review them for any questions. Sign in/out the payroll sheet.  Report to assigned areas(s) with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Compliance with the Protocol and SOPs of the Housekeeping Department.
